During dive operations, constant communication, both voice and visual (where visibility allows), through helmet mounted video camera system is maintained with the diver(s) in the water. This allows the client, and/or any consultants and facility personnel to have the opportunity to view the inspected area during the dive and communicate directly with the diver(s) on a real-time basis. This capability allows for all involved to get a clear understanding of current conditions or challenges. From this information, the most cost-effective solution can be developed in the least amount of time.

Weighing in at only 8 pounds with a 350 foot umbilical, ADS VR-1 can be your eyes in difficult to reach places. It has been successfully deployed on Stop Logs, Stilling Wells, Trash Racks, etc., in depths as great as 250 feet.

ADS has developed a sound reputation in the Southwest for the design and installation of temporary cofferdams and pumping and piping systems which permit plant processes to be by-passed when required. Most recently, ADS, utilizing temporary cofferdams, by-passed 180 MGD of influent flow at a wastewater treatment plant located near the City of Phoenix, Arizona to allow for connection of new influent grit channels without interrupting the flow to the plant.

ADS crews are fully certified, trained and prepared for entry into confined spaces and areas that have been subject to bacteriological and/or chemical hazards. ADS has the experience to plan, coordinate and complete even the most difficult system by-pass requirements.
