| | TitanTube® TitanTube® is the only geotextile tube made of high-strength fabric specifically designed for dewatering sludge and containment of silts. The superior construction of TitanTube® provides as much as 33% more strength and several times the UV life span than competitive tubes. Additionally, our proprietary seam design permits TitanTube® to have one of the lowest seam failure rates in the industry. With other innovations, such as reinforced fill ports and seamless tube ends, TitanTube® is now recognized as an industry leader. All our products pass a stringent quality assurance process to ensure we provide the customer a well-constructed, efficient, and safe product. TitanTube® offers the maximum in versatility and ease of use. Tubes maintained in inventory are available in standard sizes of 15’, 30’, 45’, and 60’ circumferences with lengths ranging from 50’ to 300’ or more. Depending upon your application, the tubes can be custom-sized to accommodate drying beds or even stacked to optimize your available laydown area. Our engineering staff is available to assist the customer and answer any questions. Quite often, we can offer creative suggestions, all while keeping the best interest of the customer in mind. TitanBag® TitanBags® are small, highly UV resistant sand-colored geotextile containers filled either hydraulically or mechanically with sand and utilized in lieu of stone, concrete, or other “hardened” armor systems to protect our coastline. They are especially advantageous where there is minimal local stone or where stone or concrete structures would detract from the aesthetics of the area. TitanBags® are easy to install, both above and below the water surface. The Titan “soft” armored structures offer the customer minimal impact to the environment while providing a cost-effective alternative to “hard structures”. The bags are designed with a proprietary flat, self-sealing fill port that is unique to the industry. The port does not require the fill hose be secured during the filling process and has a clean, finished appearance once the bag is filled. Since introduction, these attractive and efficient bags have become the preferred bag by many of the agencies offering oversight of our shorelines.
